Welcome to my corner of the online world! I'm Jess (and that’s my daughter Aria), and I’m a passionate advocate for ​neurodivergent teachers and a dedicated educator with a Master's in Educational Leadership, which focused on ​mentoring emerging leaders and education professionals.

With over 10 years of experience in the classroom and nearly 20 years of coaching and mentoring individuals, I've had ​the privilege of working with educators from diverse backgrounds and needs.

After a decade of teaching, I took a step back in 2022 to prioritize my own well-being and recharge. However, I soon ​realized that many of my colleagues were struggling to cope with the demands of modern education. That's why I ​decided to pivot and focus on mentoring and coaching teachers to improve their well-being, resilience, and overall job ​satisfaction.
